YOUR LEGAL RIGHT TO CANCEL
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have a legal right to change your mind and cancel your order. Your right to cancel an order for goods starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods. If your order consists of multiple goods, the 14 day period runs from when you receive the last of the batch. To meet the cancellation deadline, you must notify us by post or email that you wish to exercise your right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired. This 14 day period is the time you have to decide whether to cancel, you then have a further 14 days to actually send the goods back to us.
HOW DO I RETURN SOMETHING FOR A FULL REFUND?
If you are exercising your right to change your mind, when you cancel an order or part of an order, the goods must be returned in the original unopened packaging and in the condition that the goods were purchased in. The items must be in an unused condition. Please ensure that you attach in an envelope, your confirmation of order (which will have been emailed to you at the time of purchase) as proof of purchase. Please list the items you are returning and why. Also include daytime telephone number and your email address in case we need to contact you about the return.
You will have to bear the cost of returning the products to us. we recommend you obtain a certificate of postage from the Post Office, as we are responsible for your parcel only once it has been received into our warehouse. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned.

Once your parcel has been received by our team, it can take up to 5 working days to process the full refund for your cancelled order.
When we have received and dealt with your parcel we will confirm this to you by email. Please remember that it can take three to four days after we have processed a refund payment for it to appear on your credit card or debit card statement.
If, after sending your return to us, you have not received our email confirmation within 10 working days, please contact us by email customerservice@thenaturalbeddingcompany.com attaching a copy of your certificate of postage so that we may investigate further.
When receiving returned goods that have, in our opinion, been used, damaged or altered we may withhold any monies due, advise you in writing or by email within 14 days of any such intention and describe the nature of any such refusal to refund. Alternatively, we may also reduce your refund of the price, to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods. During any period thereafter, the goods will be retained by us for a period of no longer than 30 days and be available for inspection by any interested parties, experts, or witnesses. Thereafter, unless the subject of further legal claims, the goods will either be destroyed or at their request returned to the original purchaser, at their expense, following the signing of a release form as provided by us.
We will store the returned items in question for 30 days so that interested parties may inspect. Unless subject to further legal claim, the goods will be either destroyed or returned to the purchaser if requested, at their expense, following the signing of a legal release form (provided by us) which terminates any legal liability.
WHAT IF THE ITEM IS FAULTY?
Following delivery, you have 48 hours or two working days to raise any queries or inform us of any missing or damaged items. After this period, we will not be able to deal with any claims for missing or damaged items.
In the unlikely event that you have received a faulty item, please contact us by email customerservice@thenaturalbeddingcompany.com explaining the nature of the fault, providing details of the order, including your name , address and telephone number and photographic images where requested .Once we have acknowledged the fault claim, we will ask that you return the item under our normal returns procedure.
Once we have received your returned goods we will send out a replacement item and refund the cost of postage you will have incurred. You are reimbursed for standard return postage on the item.
